ROTARY TABLE TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE
*This m/c is against the large work piece which is not suitable to hang for handling or large but thin ribs work piece those are deposited on the rotating table at low speed, meanwhile, the work piece. surface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheel in hi-speed and continuously, after then, the casting sand, scaling& burring etc, which adhesived on the work piece surface will be cleaned in short time, the processed work piece will be shined & burnished and convenient for next step processings.
*This m/c can be installed special fixtures to handle long profile work piece as fig shown, Especially, which can be employed for spring to shot peening use.
